We are seeking an Infrastructure Assistant to work on-site, helping to build and maintain network, CCTV, and electronic security infrastructure for our clients. Here, you’ll learn through hands-on experience, supported by an experienced team, in an environment built on trust, honesty, and transparency. * Running metallic and optical cabling in various environments. * Installation and configuration of IP-based CCTV systems. * Installation of facial access control systems and alarm systems. * Rack assembly and organization. * Termination of metallic and optical cables. * Support in testing, identifying, and correcting simple faults. * Availability for short business trips. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Strong motivation, proactivity, and willingness to learn on-site. * Commitment, emotional balance, and focus on results. * Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset (respectful customer and team interactions). * Honesty, transparency, and responsibility regarding equipment and information. * Availability for on-site work and short-duration business travel. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience with metallic or optical cabling. * Basic knowledge of IP-based CCTV, networks, or IT infrastructure. * Experience assembling racks and terminating cables.
