**REQUIREMENTS:** * Proficiency in hardware, network maintenance, user support (employees), equipment repair and configuration. * Completed high school education; technical course in computer science and/or related fields is desirable. **BRIEF COMPANY DESCRIPTION:** * Marvitubos is a company with 39 years of experience, committed to supplying a wide variety of tubes, steel bars, and components for assembling hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders—without minimum order quantities, offering immediate delivery and certified quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily verification of server functionality to ensure full operation of corporate systems; * Daily antivirus monitoring and weekly scanning of all network machines to safeguard data and information security; * Performing backups of the Algoritmo and TOTVS systems according to ISO standards to ensure data integrity during system restoration; * Providing network user support, guiding users on proper machine and system usage, addressing questions, and resolving infrastructure-related issues such as printer malfunctions, toner replacements, and ink tank refills; * Assisting in developing and implementing network access restriction, blocking, and usage procedures; * Maintaining an inventory of consumables and replacement materials for departments, including printers and peripherals.
