Use advanced filters and AI (ATS) to identify talent We are seeking a **Recruitment and Selection Analyst** to join our team. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the entire recruitment and selection process for credit recovery and collections roles—from resume screening to final candidate delivery to the client—ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with requested profiles. * Operate in a high-demand, high-volume environment requiring constant team replenishment and expansion. * Use advanced filters and artificial intelligence (ATS) to identify talent within large-scale databases. * Conduct internal selection processes. * Organize and facilitate group assessments to optimize behavioral competency evaluation. * Map talent on social media and specialized platforms for highly specific positions. * Monitor and report key metrics such as time-to-fill (SLA), funnel conversion rates, and early *Turnover*. * Support employer branding initiatives to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates (attractiveness). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology. * Prior experience in R\&S focused on high-volume hiring (e.g., operational roles, sales, or *call center*). * Familiarity with recruitment and job management tools. * Ability to efficiently organize repetitive routines without missing deadlines. * Ability to interact effectively with diverse managers and candidates under pressure. * Strong communication and candidate interaction skills. * Preferred: Advanced Excel proficiency for reporting purposes. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM. **Employment Type:** CLT, on-site in Ribeirão Preto/SP.
