**Responsibilities and duties**
* Ensure implementation and sustainability of the Company’s Compliance and Risk Management Program by structuring processes, internal controls, and integrity mechanisms, thereby contributing to risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and strengthening of ethical culture and governance
* Comply with all safety, environmental, quality, and product contamination prevention standards and procedures in performing job activities, by adhering to related procedures
* Implement and enhance the corporate risk management methodology—including identification, assessment, response, and monitoring—in alignment with the Company’s guidelines
* Conduct strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risk mapping, supporting business units in defining and implementing mitigation plans
* Consolidate and maintain the corporate risk map, ensuring periodic updates and data consistency to support management decisions
* Define, implement, and monitor internal controls, evaluating their effectiveness jointly with business units and proposing continuous improvements
* Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring timely provision of information, follow-up on recommendations, and advancement of action plans
* Develop and maintain compliance policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and the organization’s maturity level
* Manage the ethics hotline and conduct internal investigations, ensuring appropriate handling, confidentiality, and integrity risk mitigation
* Develop and monitor risk and compliance indicators (KRIs), preparing executive reports to support decision-making
* Lead and develop the Compliance team, promoting the dissemination of ethical culture, integrity, and continuous improvement across the organization.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields, with postgraduate specialization in Risk Management, Compliance, Auditing, or related areas
* Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), including application of frameworks such as ISO 31000 and COSO
* Data analysis and indicator interpretation.
