Job Summary: A professional responsible for optimizing plant operational efficiency through SAP data analysis, indicator management, and leadership of continuous improvement projects. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of operational efficiency and productivity indicator management. 2. Leadership of continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects and root cause analysis. 3. Data extraction and analysis via SAP for decision-making. Responsible for monitoring and optimizing plant operational efficiency. Activities focus on SAP-based data extraction and analysis to manage productivity indicators such as OEE, process audits, conversion cost control, among others. Acts as an improvement facilitator by applying root cause analysis tools and leading strategic meetings to ensure delivery of results and implementation of continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects. Performs overall daily headcount tracking and reports to factory management. Conducts absenteeism tracking, monthly vacation analysis, and supports onboarding of new employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What you will do here:** * Monitor industrial performance by analyzing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), raw material/packaging loss, and process audits to identify bottlenecks; * Extract and analyze data via the SAP system, transforming it into managerial reports to support decision-making; * Organize, prepare agendas for, and lead Conversion Cost meetings, presenting variances and cost-saving opportunities; * Lead root cause analyses using methodologies such as the Ishikawa Diagram and 5 Whys to resolve chronic problems; * Actively collaborate with the Projects team and participate in improvement initiatives utilizing the Kaizen methodology; * Ensure daily management tools remain updated via complex spreadsheets and internal controls; * Analyze headcount (tracking, absenteeism, vacations, with managerial reporting); * Support onboarding of new employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek in you:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel (essential for indicator management and control spreadsheets); * General knowledge of the SAP system (specifically for data extraction and analysis); * Familiarity with root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys) and experience with Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing projects; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills for meeting facilitation, and cross-functional interface capability. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Meal Voucher On-site meals; Medical Insurance – Unimed Dental Insurance – Unimed Life Insurance Zenklub Pharmacy Benefit Profit Sharing (PLR) Private Pension Plan Employee discount on company products Wellhub Established in 1942, Santa Helena is Brazil’s largest peanut-based food manufacturer.
