Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance, and installations on refrigeration equipment, while providing technical support to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Performs repairs and maintenance on refrigeration equipment. 2. Provides technical assistance and customer support. 3. Supervises and guides technical assistants. **Refrigeration Technician** **Education:** Completed secondary-level technical education (technical high school diploma); preferred technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrotechnology, Refrigeration, or related fields. **Knowledge and Skills:** Experience in the role (maintenance of refrigerated display cases, cold rooms, refrigerators, etc.) Driver's License Category B Repair and preventive/corrective maintenance **Main Responsibilities:** Performs preventive, corrective repairs, and installations on equipment; Provides customer support to resolve complex issues, ensuring technical assistance for problem resolution; Conducts external technical visits for maintenance and/or installation of products; Supervises and ensures proper learning and execution of tasks by technical assistants; Completes budget checklists; Interprets electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics to locate faults and provide guidance.
