Position for Junior Controller Analyst at Grupo São Lucas \- Ribeirão Preto \- SP **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support monthly closing processes, including provisions, reclassifications, and result reconciliation; * Update and manage revenue files; * Perform financial postings and payment scheduling; * Monitor and consolidate production information from business units; * Monitor various result analyses; * Assist in account reconciliation activities and medical fee controls; * Support real vs. budget (R×O) analyses; * Contribute to the forecasting process for business units; * Interact with different internal departments for collection and validation of financial and operational data. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Applied Mathematics to Business, or related fields; * Prior experience (including internships) in controller, accounting, or finance roles; * Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables); * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and attention to detail. * SAP experience is desirable; * Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Profit-sharing plan (PPL); * Childcare assistance; * Group life insurance.
