We are seeking a **Mid-level Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus** to help build and evolve our internal systems, which support critical advisory operations. You will directly contribute to strategic initiatives such as internal platforms, integrations with partners (e.g., financial markets), and continuous evolution of proprietary products. **On-site work in Ribeirão Preto/SP** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and enhance full-stack applications with a backend focus; * Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance REST APIs; * Participate in architecture and development standards definition; * Build integrations between internal systems and external services; * Model and optimize relational databases; * Implement automated tests (unit and integration); * Work in a cloud-native environment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD); * Ensure observability (logs, metrics, monitoring); * Collaborate with product and business teams to define solutions; * Contribute to code reviews and the team’s technical evolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with Java (Spring Boot or Quarkus); * Experience with REST APIs and microservices; * Knowledge of Python (for automation and backend support); * Experience with Angular; * Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL); * Experience with automated testing; * Docker and Kubernetes (EKS); * CI/CD; * AWS (cloud computing). **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with distributed systems and high-scale applications; * Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ); * Flutter (mobile); * Experience with financial products.
