This position is for you if you **take pride in seeing a sparkling and well-maintained environment.** We are seeking a Junior Cleaning Assistant to work at an organized company with clearly defined routines and a supportive team. **You will be a key player in ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant space for everyone.** * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in indoor and outdoor areas. * Sanitize male restrooms and replenish supplies as needed. * Maintain the garden: cleaning, watering plants and lawn, removing waste. * Collect waste and organize disposal points. * Assist in restocking hygiene and cleaning supplies. * Carry out simple routine maintenance tasks (painting, replacing outlets, faucets). * Keep cleaning materials, cables, and cable channels organized. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial building cleaning. * Knowledge of basic commercial building maintenance tasks. * Basic understanding of garden care (watering, cleaning, maintaining the space). * Full availability for on-site work. * Commitment, organization, and service orientation. * Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude. * Proactivity in identifying and resolving minor daily tasks.
