Workforce control and construction site organization. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for scheduling services requested by engineering. * Assist in controlling the on-site workforce. * Supervise construction work execution, report any irregularities, and guide contracted professionals and respective suppliers. * Promote site organization and cleanliness. * Support engineering in maintaining and ensuring proper use of construction control tools. * Administer and manage field support teams. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Completion of a Construction Foreman and Building course is preferred. * Proven experience in civil construction projects (from foundation to finishing).
