**PRODUCTION CONTROLLER** **Requirements** * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Production, or related fields is desirable) * Previous experience in production, PCP (Production Control and Planning), or industrial process control * Proficiency in Excel and control/ERP systems * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities * Ability to work in an industrial environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the metallurgical industry * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Experience with production performance indicators * Knowledge or experience with Lean Manufacturing **Responsibilities** * Monitor daily production progress * Record processing times, output volumes, downtime, and departmental incidents * Manage production orders and generate reports * Support production planning and scheduling * Monitor productivity indicators * Coordinate with PCP, department supervisors, and maintenance teams to align operational requirements * Identify process deviations and report them to responsible parties * Support inventory counts and in-process material stock controls Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$4,000.00 – R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
