We are looking for a **motivated, organized, and sales-passionate SDR** to join our sales team! If you enjoy talking to people, have an analytical mindset, and want to grow in the sales field, this role is for you. **Responsibilities** * Conduct **active prospecting** (outbound) and receive leads from campaigns (inbound); * Perform **lead qualification** using methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, or ICP; * Make **phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails** to understand customers’ needs; * Ensure a **consistent calendar of meetings** for the sales team; * Update and record information in the company’s **CRM**; * Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality. **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to listen, ask questions, and conduct diagnostic conversations; * Organization and discipline to follow established processes; * Resilience against objections and a persuasive personality; * Basic CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Ploomes, meetime, RD Station, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as an SDR or in commercial customer service; * Familiarity with B2B markets; * Ability to work toward goals and KPIs. **What We Offer** * Fixed salary \+ **variable incentive plan** based on achieved goals; * Training in sales methodologies (SPIN, BANT, ICP); * Opportunity for growth to **Sales Executive or Inside Sales**; * A collaborative, results-oriented environment.
