




Job Summary: A professional responsible for processing orders, managing material availability, controlling procurement activities, and supporting the sales team, suppliers, and digital platform, including product performance analysis. Order, procurement, and delivery management **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Processing orders; * Providing training to the sales team; * Identifying and proposing new opportunities within the product mix; * Monitoring and controlling material availability for deliveries; * Generating purchase orders for made-to-order products and follow-ups, managing deliveries, servicing stores and suppliers (telephone, e-mail, etc.), supporting the digital platform (product features and images), supporting training initiatives, analyzing SKU (product) performance, assisting in supplier performance analysis, and collaborating with internal teams; * Maintaining and updating data spreadsheets used to support departmental process control; * Recording information relevant to the procurement department; * Registering stores, suppliers, and products for the procurement and delivery processes. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; **Desirable** * Prior knowledge of SQL is preferred; * Prior experience with SAP is preferred; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * DISCOUNTS AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS * ODONTOPREV * UNIMED * VT * VR/VA
