**Job Description:**

\- Schedule appointments in electronic medical records and handle phone calls; \- Receive beneficiaries and their family members, verifying information and updating registration data; \- Perform patient intake, preparing beneficiaries for medical consultations, checking vital signs, and ensuring beneficiary comfort; assist physicians/nurses with procedures in outpatient clinics, home visits, and occupational health; \- Conduct complementary examinations such as electrocardiogram, visual acuity testing, spirometry, electroencephalogram, and others; \- Execute medical prescriptions and wound dressings according to protocol; \- Carry out educational activities with clients; \- Monitor and electronically request consumable supplies, cafeteria items, and maintenance materials; \- Organize information and plan daily tasks; assist in organizing and managing documents, maintaining physical or electronic archives, and supporting data collection for indicator reporting; \- Periodically monitor equipment quality and functionality, ensuring cleanliness; \- Perform cleaning and pre-disinfection of unit materials and equipment, forwarding them for sterilization; \- Dispose of infectious waste in designated areas; \- Replace labels and replenish containers in medical consultation rooms and procedure rooms; \- Participate in company-organized and department-recommended training sessions and projects; \- Observe, recognize, and describe signs and symptoms;\- Perform simple treatment interventions;\- Provide hygiene and comfort care to patients;\- Collaborate as part of the healthcare team; \- Attend team meetings; \- Perform other duties as required by departmental needs or direct supervisor's instructions.
**Essential Requirements:**

* Completed Nursing Assistant qualification
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
