Founded by a traditional family of dairy producers and cheesemakers, its success story has been built over the years through strong customer relationships, investments in new production facilities, and innovation. ### **Responsibilities** Work as a generalist in the Human Resources area, responsible for managing Personnel Department routines and HR subsystems, including timekeeping control and closure, payroll data entry and verification, recruitment and selection processes, onboarding of new employees, as well as providing daily support to leaders and employees. Contribute to compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and strengthening the organization’s people management practices. **Prerequisites** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management**, or related fields; * Previous experience in **Generalist HR**; * Knowledge of core HR processes and routines. **Technical and Behavioral Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Analytical thinking and focus on people development; * Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments. **What We Offer** * Monthly food basket worth R$ 430.00 * Meal allowance * Birthday Day Off * Conexa health and wellness platform.
