* Carry out new customer registration tasks within the company, verifying information in the Cisp and Serasa systems, checking registrations performed by the sales department, and releasing blocked orders. * Assess customers’ creditworthiness by examining their past financial transactions, their credit relationships with banks or other services, profit and growth projections in the customer’s area of operation; * Analyze negotiations jointly with the treasury and accounting departments through direct interaction with the company’s sales department; * Gather all this information, prepare financial analysis reports to clearly and directly convey potential market trend projections that may guide the company’s policies for the upcoming semesters. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register new customers in the system by entering company data, verifying entered information, consulting the Cisp and Serasa systems regarding customers’ status, accessing and searching for data that could hinder granting credit to them, and releasing purchase amounts according to one’s authority, thereby enabling negotiations and sales of products to companies interested in acquiring Italac products; * Verify registrations carried out by the sales department, checking accuracy of entered data as well as customers’ status, granting credit limits according to one’s authority, rejecting customers with credit restrictions in the market, and submitting credit limits beyond one’s authority to the department manager, thus enabling sales to new customers; * Support the sales department by assessing its needs regarding registration updates, credit limits, or other situations, processing requests to provide the department with necessary information; * Release blocked orders by reviewing customers’ status, paying attention to reasons for blocking, releasing orders in accordance with company guidelines, and submitting cases outside one’s authority to the department manager to enable sales execution; * Consult the Cisp and Serasa systems regarding customers’ status, accessing and searching for data that could hinder granting credit to them, to avoid registering companies with market irregularities; * Comply with internal rules and regulations, in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Service Order (OS) and work instructions, aligned with Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety procedures, while also meeting legal and other requirements during performance of activities and routines to ensure health and safety at work. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration or related fields; * Advantage: experience with the Totvs/Protheus system; * Knowledge of credit bureau tools (Serasa, Boa Vista, etc.) and queries to official bodies (federal, state, municipal, commercial registry). **Additional Information** * Work model: 100% on-site in Vila Olímpia/SP.
