Lead the full lifecycle of product development projects **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in project management in the automotive sector. Prior experience with automotive OEMs is a plus. * Experience with technical projects for product development, preferably involving software, hardware, or embedded electronics. * Ability to read technical documentation and possess a basic understanding of automotive requirements, electronics, and the product development lifecycle. * Skills in schedule management, risk management, delivery tracking, communication, and stakeholder relationship management. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields. * Advanced English for interaction with global suppliers. * Willingness to travel occasionally, including visits to suppliers. * Proficiency in Excel for cost control, KPIs, planning, and scheduling. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the full lifecycle of product development projects (NPI/PDP), ensuring alignment among internal departments, suppliers, and customers. * Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, scopes, costs, risks, and performance indicators. * Ensure technical and quality compliance of deliverables according to customer requirements and automotive standards. * Serve as the focal point between customers and internal teams, translating requirements, technical specifications, and priorities. * Manage interfaces with engineering, software, hardware, procurement, quality, validation, industrialization, and suppliers. * Identify deviations, propose action plans, monitor progress, and hold responsible parties accountable for necessary corrections. * Conduct periodic review meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication. * Prepare and present project status updates, risks, results, and key decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
