Job Summary: We are seeking a Vacuum Forming or Injection Molding Machine Operator to work in plastic packaging production, operating and adjusting machines, and ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operate vacuum forming or injection molding machines in plastic packaging production 2. Perform mold changes and machine parameter adjustments 3. Ensure the quality of produced parts and organize the workplace **Job Description:** **EXPERIENCE IN VACUUM FORMING OR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE REQUIRED** We are looking for a Vacuum Forming Machine Operator to work in plastic packaging production. The professional will be responsible for operating and setting up the machine, performing mold changes, adjusting parameters, and ensuring part quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate vacuum forming (thermoforming) machines * Perform mold changes according to production schedule * Adjust machine settings (time, temperature, vacuum, and other required adjustments) * Change material rolls (PET, PP, PS) * Monitor the production process to ensure part quality * Identify and segregate defective parts (wrinkles, defects, deformations) * Stack and organize finished products * Properly arrange ready parts on pallets * Record production output (quantity produced) * Maintain a clean and organized workplace * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures **Job Requirements:** * Operational role with production-line pace * Practical knowledge of thermoforming or injection molding machines required * Willingness to work standing and perform light physical effort * Attention to detail and quality standards **Requirements:** * Experience with vacuum forming or injection molding machines **(mandatory)** * Experience with mold changes and machine adjustments * Completed elementary education * Proactivity, agility, and responsibility * Commitment to goals and quality **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Shift 2: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 2.200,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Food basket * Breakfast at the company Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Experience: * Vacuum forming or injection molding machine?
