Here are the experiences and skills you need to accelerate and transform with us: Responsibilities and Duties Develop and evolve full-stack applications using Kotlin/Java and modern front-end technologies. Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs. Develop and evolve user interfaces with a focus on usability, performance, and customer experience. Design and implement asynchronous integrations using Kafka, AWS SQS, or RabbitMQ. Participate in the evolution of microservices and distributed application architecture. Create automated unit and integration tests for backend and frontend. Model, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases. Implement and maintain database migration processes using Liquibase, Flyway, or similar tools. Monitor and diagnose applications using observability tools, logs, and distributed tracing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical and functional solutions. Participate in code reviews, refinements, and architecture discussions. Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and adoption of software engineering best practices. Develop high-quality full-stack solutions for critical systems. Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications. Evolve the microservices-based architecture. Implement system integrations using messaging. Ensure software quality through automated testing. Optimize SQL queries, indexes, and database performance. Ensure secure database versioning and migration processes. Monitor production applications and act on issue identification and resolution. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, code quality, and development processes. Support the evolution of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. **Requirements:** Backend Kotlin and/or Java 17+. Spring Boot. REST API development. Microservices architecture. SQL and PostgreSQL. Query and index optimization. Automated testing (unit and integration). SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns. Liquibase, Flyway, or similar tools. Messaging with Kafka, AWS SQS, or RabbitMQ. Observability (logs, tracing, and troubleshooting). Dynatrace, Datadog, Sentry, or equivalent tools. Docker. CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Frontend React TypeScript SPA application development Consumption of REST APIs State management and componentization Front-end automated testing Knowledge of responsiveness and user experience Methodologies Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar Differentiators Experience with NoSQL databases. Knowledge of Kubernetes. Experience with OpenTelemetry. Knowledge of gRPC. Experience with SonarQube, Fortify, or equivalent tools. Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture. Experience with critical and highly available systems. Experience in performance optimization and latency reduction (P95, P90, throughput, and computational resource optimization). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
