Cross-functional role as a Business Partner Act as the strategic procurement and sourcing leader responsible for structuring and enhancing critical service acquisition processes, ensuring cost control, contractual excellence, risk mitigation, and sustainable annual savings generation through structured negotiations, active supplier management, and total cost of ownership perspective. Reporting directly to the CFO: * Advertising, marketing, media, and event agencies; * Logistics, warehousing, and transportation; * Fleet; * Corporate benefits; * Travel agencies; * General and outsourced services; * Other strategic indirect services; **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Strategic Sourcing Savings** * Develop category-specific sourcing strategies; * Conduct RFPs, RFQs, and strategic negotiations; * Achieve annual savings targets; **Governance and Compliance** * Standardize procurement processes; * Manage contracts and mitigate risks; **Supplier Management** * Qualify and develop suppliers; * Reduce dependence on single-source suppliers; **KPIs and Control** * Monitor savings, SLAs, and compliance; * Support budgetary control; **Business Partner** * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments; **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency; * ERP knowledge (TOTVS) is desirable; * Strong communication and influence skills to present strategic insights; * Ability to handle dynamic demands;
