We are seeking a **Tech Lead** to lead the technical execution of strategic projects involving **Cloud, Data, and GenAI**, ensuring solution quality, architectural direction, and alignment with business needs. This person will serve as a technical reference for teams and clients, acting consultatively in solution definition, delivery leadership, and end\-to\-end technical project management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead technical execution of Cloud, Data, and GenAI projects, with end\-to\-end involvement; * Define and guide scalable and distributed architectures, considering quality, cost, and performance; * Act as a technical reference and liaison point among teams, business, and clients; * Lead technical decisions and support risk mitigation; * Monitor project execution, ensuring consistency in deliverables; * Lead technical discussions with clients, applying a consultative and strategic perspective; * Support pre\-sales initiatives and solution design, ensuring value generation. **Requirements:** * Experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership roles on projects; * Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Experience in solution architecture; * Knowledge of Data and/or GenAI; * Experience with Agile methodologies; * Experience engaging with both technical and business stakeholders. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience in environments managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously; * Knowledge of Cloud cost management (FinOps); * Experience in pre\-sales or solution design; * Cloud certifications; * Traditional project management experience. **Work Model:** * Hybrid model (up to 3 days per week) * Possibility of on-site client engagement, as required by project needs
