




Job Description: The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, ensuring the efficiency and organization of HR processes. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the HR Department; - Perform routine tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and updating employee data; - Manage employee documentation, including employment contracts, workbooks, and other important documents; - Prepare and maintain up-to-date HR reports and metrics; - Support recruitment processes and training initiatives; - Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; - Perform other HR-related tasks as required. Objectives: - Ensure efficiency and organization of HR processes; - Provide effective support to the HR Department; - Contribute to the development and implementation of HR practices that promote employee satisfaction and well-being. Specific Tasks: - Timekeeping and payroll administration; - Preparation of HR documents and reports; - Support in conducting performance evaluations; - Development of initiatives to improve organizational climate; - Administration of benefits and training programs.
