If you seek professional growth in a dynamic and challenging environment, join our team and contribute to our company’s success! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitoring and assessment of pavement condition (LVC, IRI, FWD); * Oversight of administrative procurement processes; * Research on topics related to construction planning and pavement engineering; * Monitoring of service delivery; * Project oversight. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering, preferably with experience in pavement engineering and pavement condition testing; * Active CREA registration; * Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus; * Experience in pavement engineering (research or construction); * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Analytical ability; * Proactivity; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Teamwork; * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines; * Ability to monitor and control activities. **Additional Information** Work location: Bom Retiro (Armênia Metro Station), fully on-site; Contract type: Service Provider (12 invoices).
