Manage quality documentation and conduct training Description: * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction or completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and PBQP\-H standards. * Ability to read and understand project drawings for developments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (for reading drawings). * Preference given to candidates with field experience in quality control on vertical residential construction sites. * Ensure construction meets requirements of ISO 9001 and PBQP\-H standards. * Control and conduct site inspections, recording non-conformities and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Support preparation and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring required documentation is available. * Conduct continuous training on quality procedures and ISO 9001 and PBQP\-H standards. * Perform periodic reviews to identify improvement opportunities and implement optimization measures. * Ensure effective communication between the construction team and quality management. * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure proper application of quality standards. * Manage quality documentation, including inspection reports and compliance records. 2511240202461132712
