Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of store projects, from planning to delivery. 2. Coordination with multiple internal and external teams. 3. Planning, implementation, and monitoring of store opening, renovation, and retrofit projects, including control of guidelines, manuals, and store standards. Ongoing coordination with internal teams (Expansion, Construction, Operations, VM, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance) to align timelines, costs, and technical criteria. Supplier, architect, designer, and service provider management, ensuring quality, technical compliance, and schedule adherence. Construction and installation oversight, including technical validations, delivery checklists, and operational support. Technical documentation control, floor plans, execution drawings, comodato invoices, and store history records. PO creation and management in the system, as well as CAPEX and OPEX control, invoice verification and payment—ensuring compliance with internal processes and financial deadlines. Furniture inventory control, including inbound/outbound logistics, availability tracking, and support for store requests. Monitoring of furniture import processes, collaborating with regional teams to ensure optimal costs and delivery timelines.
