The professional will build intelligent applications leveraging advanced RAG techniques, embeddings, and agent orchestration. Responsibilities * Design and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures * Develop agentic RAG systems capable of autonomous planning and execution * Create and optimize embedding pipelines and vector knowledge bases * Implement integrations using MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect with external tools * Develop multi-agent systems with A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication * Perform fine-tuning and prompt engineering to optimize models * Build interfaces and APIs for interaction with AI systems * Evaluate and select appropriate language models for each use case * Implement guardrails, validations, and security mechanisms for AI outputs ### **Requirements** Technical Requirements * Strong experience (4+ years) in Python development focused on data/AI applications * Proficiency in generative AI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar * Experience implementing RAG and agentic RAG in production * In-depth knowledge of embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB, pgvector) * Experience with LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, open-source models (Llama, Mistral) * Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent integration patterns * Knowledge of A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication protocols * Experience with agent orchestration and workflows (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph) * Solid expertise in NLP, tokenization, and chunking techniques Preferred Qualifications * Experience with fine-tuning language models * Knowledge of LLM evaluation techniques (benchmarks, RAGAS, human evaluation) * Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment in production * Experience with multimodal AI (vision, audio) * Contributions to the AI community (articles, open source, talks) * Cloud AI/ML certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) * **Location** São Paulo \- SP * **Work Modality**Remote * **Professional Level** Consultant / Senior Developer * **Minimum Academic Requirement** Completed Bachelor's Degree * **Contract Type** Independent Contractor (PJ)
