Assists in alert configuration, metric collection, and basic data and log analysis, ensuring environment visibility and rapid incident identification. Works under direct supervision, with a focus on continuous learning and technical development. **Job Summary:** * Continuous monitoring of customer environments using tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, and InvGate. * Basic alert configuration and tuning for failure and performance degradation detection. * Initial collection and analysis of logs and metrics, identifying potential anomalies and escalating incidents when necessary. * Handling technical support tickets, assisting customers in resolving basic observability issues. * Generating periodic reports on system availability, performance, and trends of monitored systems. * Collaborating with customer technical teams to adjust configurations and optimize monitoring. * Supporting the implementation and improvement of dashboards within the tools used. * Continuous learning about new observability technologies and tools. **Required Skills:** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of at least one monitoring tool (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, SolarWinds, InvGate). * Familiarity with networking, servers, and operating systems (Windows and Linux). * Analytical ability and strong communication skills for customer support. Basic English (reading documentation and technical terms). **Desired/Preferred Skills:** * Prior experience in technical support, NOC, or operations centers. * Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and ITSM tools. * Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for task automation. * Certifications in observability or monitoring are a plus. * Intermediate English for conversation is a plus.
