Job Summary: Project management and agile practices facilitator, ensuring consistency in squad execution and supporting IT portfolio management. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as a facilitator in project management and agile practices. 2. Supporting the evolution of agile maturity and performance governance. 3. Collaborating in structuring project governance practices. Solid experience (4\+ years) in technology project management/oversight and application of agile methodologies. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. JOB OBJECTIVE (MISSION) Act as a facilitator for project management discipline and agile practices, ensuring consistency in squad execution, systemic project visibility, and support for IT portfolio management—guaranteeing organization, predictability, and risk management. Contribute to agile maturity advancement through process standardization, metric tracking, and direct support to performance governance and metrics for development tribes and organizational strategic initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** Support and organize, plan, and monitor technology projects Contribute to project portfolio management, ensuring visibility of ongoing initiatives and pipeline (flow manager) Monitor project status, milestone adherence, risk and impediment identification, deviations and items requiring attention, and support corrective action definition Support adoption and evolution of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) Track and report team and project performance metrics Contribute to continuous improvement of discovery/delivery processes Collaborate in structuring project governance practices Promote dissemination of best practices in agile project management (workshops, rituals, documentation) Digital Asset Governance by Function (management and structuring of digital assets) Queue management, tracking requests in ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and other digital asset tools in the tech stack TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Experience monitoring technology projects (agile or hybrid) Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) Experience with tools such as Businessmap, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Basic knowledge of agile metrics (lead time, throughput, etc.) Experience in technology environments Organizational, facilitation, process, and communication skills BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Strong communication and articulation skills Collaborative and facilitative mindset Organization and attention to detail Proactivity and sense of responsibility Ability to influence without formal authority Adaptability and focus on continuous improvement
