If you seek continuous learning and the opportunity to grow in a dynamic and constantly expanding environment, **this could be your place.** We are looking for a **Delphi Developer / Programmer**, with an analytical profile, committed to code quality and the evolution of legacy and corporate systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, enhance, and perform **maintenance of internal systems (Fullstack – Frontend and Backend)**, ensuring application stability, scalability, and continuity; * Explore and support initiatives of **AI applied to software development** * Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements, translating operational needs into **systemic solutions and software improvements**; * Propose and implement technological solutions for **process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency** across business areas; * Develop applications with a focus on **software quality, performance, usability (UX), maintainability, and programming best practices**; * Perform bug fixes, evolutionary enhancements, and production system support; * Collaborate with business and technology teams to support **digital transformation and evolution of corporate systems**; * Contribute to **agile development practices, code versioning, and continuous system improvement**. * Document implemented code, routines, and solutions **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in **Delphi (minimum 5 years)**; * Development of **commercial systems** and **NF\-e (Electronic Invoice)**; * Knowledge of **SQL and Microsoft SQL Server**; * **System and database integration**; * **Programming logic and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)**; * **Requirements analysis and process improvement**; * **Debugging, bug fixing, and system support**; * Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills; * Interest in **technology, innovation, and Artificial Intelligence applied to development**. **Additional Information** **Employment Model:** * 100% On-site \- Vila Olímpia region; * Service Provider \- (PJ) We are a **Shared Services Center (SSC)** operating as a strategic and administrative platform, providing integrated support to companies across various sectors (*industry, commerce, logistics, etc.*), including organizational support, process restructuring, and promotion of investments aimed at solid and sustainable growth for our clients.
