Mandatory Requirements: * Technical course in Toolmaking for Plastic Injection Molds; * Training in Machining; * Knowledge of mold closing adjustments (mandatory). Main Responsibilities: * Fabrication, repair, and adjustment of various components. * Corrective interventions on molds and injection machines. * Cleaning, analysis, and manufacturing of hot runner system components. * Intermediate and advanced polishing. * Moderate mold closing adjustments. * Active participation in mold maintenance failure analysis. * Support in new mold development projects. * Execution of medium-complexity preventive maintenance, including full disassembly, component replacement, and functionality testing.
