Support for team development and technical upskilling **Job Description:** We seek a professional with strong technical background and systemic vision, capable of: understanding functional requirements directly with the client, developing effort estimates and technical strategies, designing solutions and supporting execution through final delivery. This role is strategic to ensure delivery quality, predictability, and scalability. Responsibilities Participate in client meetings to technically understand requirements and define scope. Translate functional requirements into consistent technical architectures aligned with the client's ecosystem. Develop effort estimates, delivery plans, and technical acceptance criteria. Define and review software architecture, best practices, and integration standards. Support the development team. Ensure integration with infrastructure and security components. Guarantee quality and performance via testing, SonarQube, and observability. Monitor deliveries and conduct code reviews. Support technical onboarding and upskilling of new team members as the team grows. **Requirements:** Solid experience as an Architect or Technical Leader Ability to balance architectural vision with hands-on implementation (getting involved directly when needed). Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions with functional teams Capability to develop effort estimates and propose scalable solutions. Nice-to-Haves Experience in fixed-scope projects / technical consulting Proficiency in clean architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices design. Experience with Azure, AKS, and GitHub Actions pipelines. Knowledge of gateway integration and authentication mechanisms. Familiarity with observability practices and code analysis (Grafana, SonarQube). Knowledge of .NET and Angular.
