Experience with DTA, DI, Mantra, and EADI We are seeking an Import/Export Analyst to join our dynamic and committed team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing import and export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international standards. We seek a **professional** capable of fully executing transportation and warehousing processes, with a focus on international trade and customs documentation. If you have experience with **DTA, DI, Mantra, and EADI**, and possess strong organizational and analytical skills, this position is for you! ### **Your Main Responsibilities** * Verify shipping documents (HAWB and Invoice) and ensure proper registration of the **DTA**. * Monitor document clearance via the **Federal Revenue Single Portal**. * Daily consultation of shipment arrivals in the **Mantra System**. * Schedule and monitor cargo pickup via **EADI**. * Issue all fiscal invoices (DI, DTA) and complete Manifest/RAPA. * Update tracking systems (e.g., Fretefy). * Keep clients informed by providing up-to-date delivery status. Join us and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. On-site working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of Health Care transportation processes (Healthcare Logistics).
