Ready for a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the complete POS recovery cycle (POS hunting), from identification through to actual machine retrieval. * Track service orders, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Analyze retrieval order performance, focusing on completion success rates. * Develop, implement, and monitor action plans to increase machine recovery rates. * Support operational workflow optimization to improve efficiency and productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in last-mile logistics operations. * Intermediate-level data analysis knowledge. * Experience in operational performance management. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency, with strong Excel skills for data analysis. * Experience analyzing operational metrics (KPIs). * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** You might know us from our card machines or memorable commercials—but we’re so much more!
