Requirements: About the Position We seek a Senior Fullstack Developer with practical experience implementing AI/ML solutions to join our technology team. This role plays a strategic part in the technical evolution of the area: you will be responsible for transforming technical direction from Tech Leads and Business Analysts into real-world solutions, acting as the practical AI reference within the team. Introduces practical AI implementation capability into the team Accelerates delivery of AI-based solutions Enables architects and tech leads to focus on strategy and design Disseminates up-to-date knowledge about AI tools and trends ️ Responsibilities Implement AI solutions and agent-based workflows based on technical specifications Integrate LLMs, data pipelines, and AI tools into existing systems and platforms Develop solutions using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and agent-based architectures Collaborate with Tech Leads on design reviews and adherence to architectural standards Ensure code quality (clean code, testing, documentation, versioning) Share knowledge about new AI tools, models, and best practices with the team Identify and promptly communicate technical blockers or design inconsistencies Primary Tech Stack Python (senior level) React Integration with LLMs and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI or similar) Requirements \+5 years of software development experience At least 1 year of hands-on applied AI/ML experience Strong Python expertise Frontend development experience (React) Experience integrating LLMs into real-world applications Experience with RAG pipelines or agent-based systems Solid software engineering fundamentals (clean code, SOLID, testing, documentation, Git) Ability to work with technical specifications and within structured teams Expected Soft Skills Clear and concise communication Proactive problem identification Collaboration across technical levels Continuous interest in AI learning and growth Benefits So, does this resonate with you so far?
