We currently have openings for **Pedagogical Coordinators** working with the **Early Years** of Elementary Education. If you are passionate about education, possess strategic vision, adopt a welcoming leadership posture, have the ability to develop teams, and are committed to high-performance learning, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and monitor pedagogical activities for the Early Years of Elementary Education; * Guide and support teachers in lesson planning and teaching practice; * Promote continuous professional development and pedagogical meetings; * Monitor students’ development and learning by analyzing performance indicators; * Ensure implementation of the school’s Political-Pedagogical Project. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or Teacher Education; * Knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC); * Experience in pedagogical planning and monitoring of teaching practices; * Proficiency in active learning methodologies, literacy and language acquisition processes; Organizational skills, proactivity, and conflict mediation ability. * **Additional Information** **Learn About Our Benefits!** * + Health insurance (SulAmérica); + Dental insurance (Amil); + Benefits club (discounts on universities, postgraduate programs, and language courses); + Discounts for children attending any school within the Raiz Educação Group (as per internal policy).
