Join us and become part of a company that transforms ideas into protection and care for the world. **Position: Production Assistant** * Follow the production schedule as planned by PCP; * Operate production machinery such as MP07, MP04, Corrugator, and Rewinder, ensuring their full functionality; * Remove waste material from machines to forward it to the baling process for proper reuse; * Review machine incident reports, inspecting for any abnormalities and intervening in the process as needed; * Operate machinery adhering strictly to parameters established in work instructions, ensuring final product quality; * Verify equipment efficiency by performing checks and adjustments when necessary; report issues to maintenance if required; * Examine product non-conformities during production and intervene when necessary; * Clean machinery, scrapers, or screens to maintain equipment and prevent contamination/dirt in the product being manufactured; * Conduct continuous inspections on the production line, verifying weight, length, and quantity against production order specifications; * Complete production control reports to ensure inventory accuracy and other control tools used in the department; * Submit product samples for quality testing; * Record raw material deliveries, controlling their entry into the internal system; * Supply machines with appropriate inputs, following work instructions and always prioritizing quality; * Clean machinery and organize the work area according to 5S standards
