**We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our technology team!** **If you are passionate about innovation and technological solutions, this position is for you.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and internal systems; * Monitor, diagnose, and resolve incidents and issues related to technology; * Manage and implement IT projects, ensuring operational continuity and process improvements; * Support users and maintain internal and external systems; * Track and update technical documentation and process manuals; * Collaborate with development and security teams to implement new technologies and solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in IT (Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields). **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in operating environments (Unix, Linux, Windows); * Information security and integrity (Firewall); * Network protocols (TCP/IP, NetWare); * Installation and configuration of workstations.
