Join us and become part of a company that transforms ideas into protection and care for the world. **Position: Cargo Loader** * Organize and load cargo inside trucks according to the loading plan to ensure transportation stability and safety. * Assemble cargo using strapping and protective techniques to prevent product damage during transportation. * Secure loads in compliance with safety regulations, using appropriate equipment to prevent damage. * Verify and move goods according to orders, ensuring correct separation and organization. * Assess packaging conditions, repairing or flagging damages to guarantee product quality. * Perform cleaning and maintenance activities in the workplace; * Monitor service quality, ensuring proper preparation and safety of cargo throughout the entire logistics process. * Maintain property assets, identifying maintenance needs and requesting repairs. * Support management by reporting issues and irregularities related to the area of operation. * Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled by the company. * Perform other related duties as directed by management.
