**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT)* Providing customer service and guidance to the general public, and assisting with ATM operations; * Issuing queue numbers and devices/applications; * Organizing the service counter (forms, brochures) and maintaining general branch standards; * Supporting tellers upon request from Branch Management; * Redeeming non-automated investments — daily report; * Verifying checks exceeding BRL 5,000; * Redeeming non-automated investments; * Generating reports and sorting returned checks; * Issuing notifications of returned check entries; * Managing fixed asset inventory movements at the branch; * Sorting negotiable checks; * Handling branch administrative expenses, when required; * Preparing reports on checkbook deliveries and account registrations, when required; * Responsible for staff screening (directing cooperative members within the branch); * Accompanying individual and corporate relationship managers on client visits, when requested; * Visiting cooperative members as directed by the corporate relationship manager; * Working with product-potential prospect lists according to branch/management needs; * Contacting cooperative members to deliver current and savings account cards; * Supporting tellers on Mondays or upon request from Branch Management; * Conducting visits, when requested, to resolve product-related issues. **Requirements:** **Education:** Currently enrolled in or graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** * Full Microsoft Office suite **Requirement:** * Must reside in Resende Costa **Desirable:** * Driver’s license — Category B **Benefits:** Seniority allowance, Childcare allowance, Private pension contribution, Day off, UNIMED health plan — monthly premium fully covered by the cooperative, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food allowance
