Responsibilities include in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp reception; courteously greeting patients and their guardians; scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments/sessions; assisting with attendance and absence tracking; organizing medical records and documents; helping organize the treatment room and patient flow; entering data into systems/spreadsheets; guiding guardians on clinic routines and service policies; and providing assistance to the administrative team as needed. ### **Prerequisites** Requirements: Completed high school (technical/administrative training or health-related coursework preferred); prior experience in reception, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting; strong verbal and written communication skills; organizational ability, agility, and attention to detail; proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office suite. ### **Notes** CLINIC LOCATED IN THE BENFICA NEIGHBORHOOD \- NORTH ZONE OF JUIZ DE FORA \- WORKING HOURS MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY FROM 1:00 PM TO 7:15 PM.
