Count served portions per unit. Season foods prior to preparation. Weigh and record the weights of preparation containers according to the number of portions specified in the distribution map. Distribute prepared meals according to the distribution map to designated service delivery points. Peel and cut vegetables and greens if required. Taste all preparations and finalize them. Collect samples of prepared meals. Portion meals when necessary. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
