The professional will be responsible for customer service, in-person sales, and supporting order tracking, ensuring an organized and efficient customer experience. Main Responsibilities * Serve customers in person and via WhatsApp * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions * Prepare quotations and close sales * Track orders through to delivery * Organize information in systems/spreadsheets * Assist with store organization * Work with targets and focus on results Requirements * Completed high school education * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Aptitude for customer service and negotiation * Organization and discipline * Sales experience is a plus Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who: * Has energy and enthusiasm for selling * Is persuasive and results-focused * Takes responsibility for achieving targets * Works well in a team environment * Is organized regarding orders and deadlines Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
