




GENERALLY PREPARE, BAKE, COOK, FRY AND/OR GRILL MEALS SCHEDULED FOR BREAKFAST, MORNING SNACK, AFTERNOON SNACK, LUNCH, DINNER AND SUPPER FOR STAFF, DAYCARE, AND DIETS. COUNT GARNISHES AND PROTEINS; SEASON PREPARATIONS TO BE BATTERED; WEIGH AND RECORD THE WEIGHTS OF PREPARATION CONTAINERS. PEEL AND CHOP VEGETABLES AND GREENS IF NECESSARY; TASTE ALL PREPARATIONS AND FINISH THEM; COLLECT SAMPLES OF PREPARATIONS; PORTION MEALS WHEN NECESSARY; SANITIZE AND CLEAN WORK AREA, UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT. KNOW AND PERFORM ROUTINES IN ALL UNITS WHEN NECESSARY. CIRCULATION IN AREAS OTHER THAN KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM IS PROHIBITED.
