Description
Responsible for performing all activities related to pharmaceutical assistance processes, including inventory movement and dispensing of materials and medications, ensuring accurate registration of all movements in the system, proper organization and control of inventory, and processing of data and/or information necessary for carrying out these duties.
**Responsibilities and duties**
Acts as the service's first point of contact, providing initial patient reception and ensuring appropriate guidance within the outpatient clinic. Organizes the clinical workflow by guiding patients through the steps of care, locations where procedures are performed, and estimated waiting times.
Ensures effective communication with patients and their companions, guaranteeing clarity in all information provided throughout their entire service journey. Delivers test results when applicable and advises patients on next steps in their care.
Also serves as the patient’s final point of contact in the outpatient clinic, ensuring proper referral for continued care, follow-up visits, or conclusion of the clinical workflow.
**Requirements and qualifications**
Completed high school education.
Basic computer skills.
