People Management * Manage multidisciplinary teams involved in the project, ensuring all implementation aspects are aligned with objectives and tasks, including efficient resource allocation. Project Management * Manage project implementation, including schedules, required resources, budgets, and risk assessments, while ensuring all activities are properly documented and monitored, adhering to occupational safety, environmental, and quality management standards. Contract Management * Manage supplier and subcontractor contracts, ensuring that required materials and services are delivered according to established quality, budget, and timeline standards. Progress Monitoring * Monitor project implementation progress by conducting regular meetings to assess performance, identify issues, and implement solutions using project management tools.
