Acts as support to the technical team and corporate customer service, ensuring that requests are fulfilled within established deadlines and company standards. * **Corporate Customer Service:** Receive and register requests from corporate customers. Provide information and follow-up on request status. * **Operational Team Support:** Enter tasks and service orders into the system. Assist in planning and task distribution for technicians. Monitor progress of technical requests, ensuring resolution within established deadlines. * **Planning:** Support the planning department in organizing and monitoring the activity schedule; Ensure alignment among the technical team, planning department, and customers; **Compensation and Benefits:** + Salary: R$ 1\.800 + Meal allowance: R$1\.200 + Unimed health insurance + Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM / 1:30 hour lunch break
