The candidate will be responsible for customer communication via WhatsApp, including appointment scheduling and rescheduling, as well as organizing information and documents within the system. They will also contact leads and customers to drive sales conversions, support daily clinic operations, maintain workplace organization, and assist with external tasks when needed. We seek someone with strong communication skills, ease in interacting with the public, and—above all—a commercial mindset who enjoys working with targets and measurable outcomes. Organizational skills, responsibility, agility, and proficiency in using mobile devices and systems—especially WhatsApp—are essential. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or aesthetics is considered a plus, as is previous experience working with performance targets. ### **Prerequisites** We seek a person with strong communication skills, ease in interacting with the public, and a commercial mindset—that is, someone who enjoys sales and working with targets. It is essential to be organized, responsible, and agile in day-to-day tasks, as well as proactive in resolving situations and pursuing results. Proficiency in using mobile devices and systems—particularly WhatsApp—is also important, since most customer interactions will occur through this platform.
