RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS **Your responsibilities will include:** * Creating, configuring, and maintaining sites, libraries, lists, and permissions in SharePoint Online; * Integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Power Apps); * Using Power BI to create dashboards; * Using Power Apps and/or Power Automate; * Procedure rules and synchronization; * Providing second-level technical support, resolving issues and implementing improvements; * Documenting implemented solutions, access methods, and integrations; * Aligning with business areas to resolve integration or synchronization issues. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS **We are looking for someone with experience in:** * SharePoint; * Creating and administering sites, lists, libraries, and permissions in SharePoint; * Power BI (publishing dashboards to SharePoint); * Basic knowledge of Python or C\# to support custom integrations; * Strong communication skills for interacting with end-user departments; * Organizational skills and ability to document technical processes; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with Power Automate (workflows and integrations); * Familiarity with Power Apps and form customization; * Basic knowledge of SAP.
