ERP system knowledge is a plus. · Availability for on-site work. · Willingness to learn. · Strong communication skills. · Prior experience in financial and administrative support activities: client contact (email and telephone), data entry into systems and spreadsheets, document archiving, and prior billing experience (individual or corporate). Prior experience in corporate billing processes is a plus. **Main Responsibilities:** · Support Finance Department processes including billing, document archiving, client contact, and data entry into systems and spreadsheets. **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break, Monday through Friday (100% on-site).
