Real opportunity for growth and development in the field **ABOUT THIS POSITION** We are seeking an early-career professional—currently in their final semester or recently graduated in Electrical Engineering—to directly support photovoltaic project implementation and technical post-sales activities. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn hands-on, assume responsibility early, and grow alongside the company. You will engage directly with construction sites, clients, technical teams, system performance analysis, and resolution of real-world daily operational issues. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support photovoltaic project execution—from installation through commissioning; * Assist in analyzing system generation and performance; * Help diagnose technical faults and operational issues; * Provide technical post-sales support, ensuring optimal system functionality and client satisfaction; * Serve as the interface between clients, field teams, and engineering; * Support technical organization of projects, documentation, and progress tracking; * Participate in technical site visits when required. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Final semester or completed degree in Electrical Engineering; * Genuine interest in solar energy, electrical systems, and problem-solving; * Proactive, organized, and responsible mindset; * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, installers, and technical teams; * Ability to learn quickly and pursue practical solutions; * Willingness to work both in-office and on-site, as needed. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY)** * Knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy; * Experience in electrical work, construction, installations, or maintenance; * Familiarity with inverters, monitoring systems, or generation analysis; * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); **COMPENSATION** * Base salary: **R$ 1.800 to R$ 2.200**, depending on profile and experience; * Performance-based variable compensation and project participation bonuses. **Total earnings may exceed R$ 6,000 based on performance** **WHAT YOU WILL LEARN** * Practical learning through real solar energy projects; * Direct contact with operations, clients, and decision-making; * A growth-oriented environment; * Technical, operational, and commercial development within the photovoltaic sector.
